I am now offering a special for my Facebook friends only...... starting today November 26 and running through December 10th.  Purchase any size blanket and get a "boy" or "girl" (colors cannot be customized) softie for an additional $10.  This is a savings of $10.

I just finished this blanket yesterday for a sweet little girl and she wanted a softie in matching fabric.

Orders placed by December 10th will arrive just in time for Christmas..... These adorable blankets make the perfect Christmas present for a new little bundle of joy!

Mommylicious Show & ~Giveaway~

This past week was a complete write-off as I was down with the flu for 7 days.  Luckily for me I planned ahead to get ready for my very first trade show.
Mommylicious was held at the Carriage House yesterday and I was one of 55 vendors.  I was also honored to be chosen as one of three vendors to be showcased on Global TV on Saturday morning by Fusion Events Inc., the promotor of Mommylicious.
I have participated in local craft fairs in the past but this popular, large trade show was a whole new ball game for me and what a success.
Everyone loved my cute baby pram filled with Softies - I could have sold the pram a dozen times!!!!
I brought my daughter Meagan along to help me and can't thank her enough for everything that she did.  I bribed her with her favorite things.... Starbucks and chocolate.
And.... As promised on my Facebook page last week;  I am having a giveaway for a Softie - Baby Taggie Blanket.
All you have to do is "like" my Facebook page and leave me a comment either on my page or on this blog post and your name will be entered to win a Softie.
Thanks to everyone who came out to the show and said "hello".... loved seeing all of you and meeting some new customers!

Is it Christmas yet?

One of the fun projects that my friend Maureen and I made at our 4-day scrappin' retreat this past weekend.  These ornaments were designed by Stephanie Ackerman and were so much fun to create.  We were covered in glue and paper but had a blast making these.
I think this one is my favourite with the Eiffel Tower in the background.
These were made from clear glass ornaments, book paper, tissue paper, paint, stamps, ink and a lot of glue!  Check out Stephanie's blog for some amazing ideas.  A huge THANKS to Maureen for bringing all the supplies and letting me jump right in on her project!  So much fun!
